Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Has the text been placed in the submission template?
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format?
  • Are tables and figures properly named, numbered and editable?
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines ?
  • Does the paper proposal fit the thematic lines of the congress?
  • Does the paper proposal have a clear and descriptive title?
  • Is the paper proposal written in clear and precise language?
  • Does the paper proposal have a coherent and easily understandable structure?
  • Does the paper proposal present clear and specific objectives?
  • Does the paper proposal present a solid methodology that is coherent with the proposed objectives?
  • Does the paper proposal present significant and pertinent results to the topic addressed?
  • Does the paper proposal present clear and relevant conclusions and recommendations?
  • Does the presentation proposal meet the formal requirements established by the Ideice International Congress?
  • Have you correctly filled out the Assignment of Rights form?

Abstract

The Abstract should be between 250 and 500 words. It should express: the aim of the study or presentation, the justification and importance of addressing the issue, why to engage it with the educational and academic community, the methodology to be followed, and the main hypotheses and/or conclusions, if they are already available.

Privacy Statement

Privacy and the protection of personal data are fundamental topics at the International Ideice Congress. The names and email addresses provided by congress participants will be used exclusively for the purposes established in the congress, such as the notification of accepted works, the sending of relevant information about the event, and the issuance of participation certificates.

It is important to note that this information will not be provided to third parties or used for purposes other than those of the International Ideice Congress, except in cases where the law requires it. The privacy policy of the International Ideice Congress guarantees respect and protection of the personal data of its participants, in compliance with corresponding laws and regulations.
