Successful experiences of situated accompaniment to the pedagogical and institutional management of educational centers

Abstract

This work presents the results of successful experiences of accompaniment situated in pedagogical and institutional management implemented from the School-Centered Continuing Training Strategy (EFCCE), in the educational centers of district 03-.03 of San José de Ocoa; through the application of accompaniment strategies, classroom visits and learning tables, carried out by district technicians, directors and pedagogical coordinators trained by the EFCCE, in the “Diploma in Accompaniment and management for leading supervisors”, with a view to strengthening school management and raise the levels of initial and timely literacy in students of the First Cycle of Primary. These efforts come to fulfill the commitments of the Ministry of Education within Axis 5: Institutional Strengthening that seeks effective, timely, transparent and quality internal management. The methodology is framed in action research, focused on the practical and reflective approach supported by the personal construction of knowledge, learning by discovery, reflection and systematization of its practice, analyzing the causes of its problems in teaching and management situations. in a situated manner. As a result of these accompaniment, the strengthening of the curricular competencies of the accompanied teachers and the management team’s management and leadership competencies were achieved, evident in the results obtained through the systematization of the accompaniment developed, evidencing quantitative results. of 246 pedagogical accompaniment and 72 institutional accompaniment, for a total of 318 accompaniment verified through 32 monitoring visits.
