
In the present study, the use of ICT in pedagogical practices in the area of mathematics is analyzed, in various centers of the Educational District 08-04, Santiago Noroeste, where information technology is integrated during the development of mathematics classes. mathematics. In general, this study sought to “Analyze the Use of ICT by new teachers versus active teachers in pedagogical practices in the Area of Mathematics, Second Cycle of the Primary Level, Educational District 08-04, Santiago Noroeste, during the “school period 2023-2024”. The type of research that was implemented was descriptive, field and documentary, the approach used was quantitative, under a non-experimental cross-sectional design, the population under study were 79 teachers where the Second Cycle of the Primary Level is taught, belonging to the District Educational 08-04, likewise, the instrument used to collect the data was the questionnaire. Among the results found, the low training that active teachers in the system have is evident, unlike new teachers. In addition, a high number of educational centers are observed that do not have the necessary or available computer equipment.
