Abstract

This paper presents a series of reflections focused on the need for the insertion of philosophical thought as an inherent element in education, based on the fact that the current logic of the postmodern world inhibits the ability to think critically. In other words, it is intended to exalt the importance of philosophical reflection within school spaces, as a possibility of change for teachers and students, from the theoretical conceptions of the German philosopher Martin Heidegger, placing special emphasis on the possibility of considering a thought meditative in the face of the challenges of current education.
