
This study aims to analyze school coexistence in third-grade secondary schools in District 11-02 of Puerto Plata during the year 2024, with the purpose of understanding and improving the educational environment. The methodology adopted was a mixed design of exploratory scope, covering students, teachers, counselors and psychologists of the educational centers that teach the third year of secondary school. To collect information, two instruments were used: questionnaires directed to teachers, students, counselors and psychologists of the educational centers under study. Data analysis was carried out using tools such as Excel and IBM SPSS for quantitative analysis, and content analysis for qualitative data. The results of this research provide a comprehensive view of school coexistence in District 11-02 of Puerto Plata, allowing us to identify areas for improvement and strengthening in the educational environment. This, in turn, has important implications for Dominican education by contributing to the implementation of more effective strategies and policies to promote positive school coexistence.
