The purpose of this research is to implement an educational project created by teachers from the Dominican Republic, Colombia and Mexico that contributes to the construction of a healthy coexistence and the prevention of conflict in the school context based on various experiences of promotion, prevention and action against the situations of violence and discrimination presented in school daily life. Through the application of strategies framed in respect, dialogue, agreement and participation of the different levels of the educational community. It is intended to strengthen interpersonal relationships, through the harmonization of spaces and therefore academic activities in an environment conducive to learning.
This innovation project will be developed from a qualitative approach, through a descriptive study with the purpose of understanding both the students and the institution as an actor that deals with coexistence, being and sharing with others.
