Abstract

Evaluation is a process that generates uncertainty in most institutions, demands constant updating and understanding of references resulting from educational research and finally a strong conviction of the teacher to implement, analyze and make timely decisions in their professional practice. As a product of the doctoral thesis: Creative evaluation of professional teaching evidence, the Academic Body "Innovate to evaluate", in response to one of its work objectives in relation to linking and supporting basic education institutions; designs, implements and evaluates a methodological proposal called: evaluation instruments: Workshop for educators. This experience of working with teachers reinforces the concern to continue sharing knowledge and forming collaboration networks between teacher training institutions and basic education institutions, with related topics and those of professional practice. It is recognized in this sharing the need to delve into the subject of formative evaluation, not as an unattainable concept but from an operational, tangible and possible perspective, which allows teachers to perform better, enable them to develop instruments to evaluate and improve their teaching skills.
