Abstract

The research titled "Analysis of Methodological Strategies Used in the Training Session for the Start of the 2022-2023 School Year with a Focus on Learning Improvement" focuses on critically examining the methodological strategies applied during the training session preceding the 2022-2023 school year in the Dominican Republic, with a specific focus on how these strategies contribute to the improvement of teaching and learning processes.

In the problem statement, the lack of coherence and follow-up in the implementation of these strategies is identified, often resulting in the persistence of traditional teaching methods that do not align with the competency-based approach adopted in the Dominican educational curriculum. This raises serious concerns regarding the quality of education and the preparedness of students to face the challenges of the 21st century.

The justification for this research lies in the need to address this deficiency in the implementation of methodological strategies and evaluate their effectiveness in the Dominican context. The focus on improving learning is essential to ensure that students acquire relevant skills and are capable of applying their knowledge in real-world situations.

Through a comprehensive analysis of the literature and empirical data collection, this research aims to shed light on how methodological strategies are being used in the training session and whether they are having a positive impact on the teaching and learning process. The results of this study could provide valuable guidance for improving teacher training and the quality of education in the Dominican Republic, aligning it with the current and future demands of society and the labor market.
