For the submission, evaluation, and exhibition of posters at this congress:

• Authors must submit their posters through the designated platform before the established deadline.
• Relevant data that should be included in the poster are: title of the study, authors, affiliations, research problem, general objective, methodology, conclusions and references.
• The congress management will be responsible for the design, printing, and exhibition process of the poster in an appropriate space at the congress venue.
• Authors must be present in the designated area for their poster for a reasonable amount of time to explain their study if any participant shows interest.
• Posters will be evaluated by a scientific committee appointed by the congress, based on the relevance, originality, and scientific quality of the study.
• Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their posters before the established deadline.
• All accepted posters will be published in the congress proceedings and made available online after the event.
• Authors must comply with all policies and regulations established by the congress regarding the submission, evaluation, and exhibition of posters.
