Reviewer

To carry out the evaluation of the papers submitted, presented, and published in this congress, you only need to click on Register and follow the process. Additionally, you must follow the following guidelines to ensure a rigorous and high-quality evaluation of each assigned paper: 

  1. Carefully review the assigned abstract or full paper, ensuring that it complies with the presentation guidelines established by the Congress Scientific Committee. 
  2. Ensure that the content is relevant and has an impact in the professional field. 
  3. Evaluate the originality, creativity, scientific rigor, and methodology of the work. 
  4. Verify that the work is unpublished and has not been presented at other events or published elsewhere. 
  5. If you find errors, omissions, or formatting issues, provide recommendations for their correction. 
  6. Classify the abstract or full paper according to the categories established by the Congress Scientific Committee. 
  7. Provide constructive and objective feedback to help the author(s) improve their work. 
  8. Adhere to the established deadlines for the review and submit your evaluation on time. 

Remember that your review is crucial to ensure the quality and relevance of the papers presented at the International Ideice Congress. 

Conflict of Interest:

Blind review evaluators are responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of the papers presented at the congress. Therefore, they must disclose any conflicts of interest they may have with the authors or the content of the paper they are evaluating. A conflict of interest is defined as any circumstance that may influence the impartiality of the evaluation.

Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest before accepting the task of blind review. Conflicts of interest may include, among others:

  • Having a personal or professional relationship with the authors of the paper.
  • Having collaborated or previously published with the authors of the paper.
  • Having a financial or commercial conflict of interest with the authors of the paper.

Reviewers must refrain from reviewing any paper in which they have a conflict of interest. If an undisclosed conflict of interest is discovered during the review process, reviewers must immediately inform the Congress Scientific Committee.

The declaration of conflicts of interest will be handled confidentially and will only be used to ensure the objectivity and quality of blind evaluations. Reviewers must commit to maintaining the confidentiality of the paper and author information throughout the blind review process.
